  WOW!! What an amazing experience! This is probably one of the very few authentic real hardcore gyms left in the US!! The atmosphere was amazing, everyone was super friendly and supportive. But most of all, Matt Poe, the gym owner could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. If you are serious about powerlifting, olympic lifting, and overall strength and conditioning, this is the place to go. And, if you have been around for a while and know the iron game well, you will appreciate the awesome, old school & heavy duty equipment! They have tons of the original York Barbell weights, every kind of bar, and the great Uddeholm Sweden bumper plates.
