  The environment was very clean, nice and friendly. My mom and I went in for an eyebrow tint but we just were not impressed. My eyebrows came out better than my moms but I had to pluck and shape my hairs out in the lobby. Because they were not shaped or groomed at all. But, I felt more dissapointed once my mom came out. She had dye or tint outside of her eyebrow area. No groom or plucking either. I don't know if the girl cut any of the long hairs. So when we came home I had to wipe down both her eyebrows and cut her long hairs and pluck a few hairs also. Overall, we didn't feel satisfied at all. We came out almost the exact same as how we went in. Except with tint on our skin which I vigorously had to wipe off around her eyebrows. She should've done it there. Look, inspect, and perfect the brow. It was a very lovely place but I just didn't feel we had much done.
